Booking terms
Our usual changeover day is Saturday, although alternative arrival days may be possible by arrangement.
Short breaks are available outside peak season — as a guide, three‑night stays are 65% of the weekly rate and four‑night stays are 80%. For any other duration, please get in touch.
A £100 booking deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance, along with a £100 refundable damage deposit, is due eight weeks before arrival.
For bookings made within eight weeks of your stay, the full balance and damage deposit are payable at the time of booking.
The damage deposit is refunded by bank transfer following inspection after departure.
Payment can be made in sterling by bank transfer or by credit card using a secure Stripe payment link provided on your invoice.
If you are booking from outside the UK or paying from a non‑sterling account, please enquire about international transfers and any associated charges.
Please note that holiday insurance is not included. For peace of mind, we recommend arranging suitable cover for your stay.
