Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday for a seven night stay and prices are given below. Short breaks are usually available outside of peak season please contact us to enquire about dates and prices.

Bed linen and towels (cot linen and beach towels are not provided);

WiFi access, water & utilities;

Dedicated single parking space;

Cot and high chair; and

Ironing and airing facilities.

Booking terms:

Usual change over day is Saturday - others may be available by negotiation. Short breaks are available out of peak season - three night stays are 65% and four night stays are 80% of our weekly rate, for all other durations please enquire.
£100 damage deposit required and refundable by bank transfer following inspection after guests leave. £100 booking deposit required immediately with balance and damage deposit payable eight weeks before arrival. For bookings made within eight weeks the full payment plus damage deposit is required on booking.
Payment is by sterling via bank transfer or via a credit card payment (using payment link on an invoice generated by Stripe payment platform).
If you are not based in the UK or paying from a non-sterling account please enquire about inter-bank transfers and any additional charges.
Please note that holiday insurance is not included in your booking. For peace of mind we would recommend that you arrange suitable cover for your holiday.
